Tava Lee Johnson, age 83, of Jasper, GA passed away Monday, October 13, 2014 at Northside Hospital Cherokee.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Friday, October 17, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Rev. Russell Murdock officiating. Interment will follow at Cherokee Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday, and from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Thursday, at South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by, husband, Herbert Johnson.

Survivors include:
sons- Herbert Johnson, Jasper; Andrew Johnson, Waleska,
daughter- Donna Murphy, Jasper
brother- Donald Givens, Electra, TX
grandchildren- Tava Murphy, Jennifer Head, Christa Murphy, Austin Murphy
10 great grandchildren also survive.
