The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Randy Kelley can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Mrs. Susan Kelley & Family: Deeply sorry to hear of the tragic passing of your precious and dearly loved husband Randy. In the Lord’s Prayer, we pray that God’s Kingdom “Come.” That government by God will make the whole earth a paradise, with no more sickness. By means of an earthly resurrection, we will be reunited with our loved ones, (Isaiah 33:24 & John 5:28-29.) More comfort, please see jw.org. With Deep Sympathy, J. Jones

Condolence: I wanted to offer my deepest sympathy to Randy’s family. I worked closely with Randy on many complex retirement projects at Cambridge over the past 8 years. He was our go to person whenever we needed any regulatory or compliance expertise. The depth and breadth of his knowledge was only surpassed by his kindness and generosity. We could always count on Randy! I and everyone at Cambridge will deeply miss Randy professionally and, especially, personally.

Please be assured of my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Condolence: Randy holds such a special place in my heart. I value his friendship over the last 37 years. He was my mentor when I entered the actuarial profession oh so long ago...and to this day, I realize that he continues to influence me. He was one of those friends that you could lose contact with for a period of time - and when you next talked to him, it was like you had just spoken the week before. I will forever miss you, Randy...and truly hope we meet again someday. Your friend, always and forever, Lorna

Condolence: Sue and family - Randy and I worked together for more than 15 years at TP. Since then, we have emailed each other and had lunch a couple of times (last in 2015) to discuss sports, sports entertainment, politics and mutual friends. He was one of the most generous people I knew - always willing to help someone. I will miss him. Nathan

Condolence: My deepest sympathy to the family. I worked at Voya and had the great pleasure of working with Randy and his staff from Cambridge Associates on many successful special projects. We could not have accomplished what we did without his expertise. He was a man of integrity and good nature. Again my deepest sympathy to the family.
