Marie Nix Bettis (Nix)
Marie Nix Bettis, age 96, of Woodstock, GA passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at Heritage Hospice. Mrs. Bettis was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She enjoyed reading, quilting, canning and cooking.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Sunday, April 24, 2016, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Pastor Norman Hunt officiating. Interment will be at Marietta National Cemetery at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2016, and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Sunday, April 24, 2016 at South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by, Husband-Ray Bettis; Son-Larry Bettis; 2 Sisters; 7 Brothers

Survivors include:
Son - Tony (Nancy) Bettis
Daughter - Carol Webster
Daughter - Gayle (Joey) Casey
Caregiver - Ann Bryant
7 Grandchildren
10 Great Grand Children
2 Great Great Grandchildren
Several Nieces, Nephews & Cousins also survive
