Obituary for Terry Green
Terry Green, age 59, of Waleska, GA passed away Monday, September 22, 2014 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.
Mr. Green was a member of Waleska 1st Baptist Church, and an inactive Mason at Ducktown Lodge. He road captain for the Latin American Motor Cycle Association (LAMA), and was one of the founding members of the Atlanta chapter. He was a member of the 1972 - 1973 Cherokee High School Football Team which was recently inducted into the Cherokee County Sports Hall of Fame, and had 38 years of service at Coca Cola.
Funeral services are scheduled for 7:00 PM, on Thursday, September 25, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Mike Green, and Melanie Green officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Thursday, at South Canton Funeral Home.
He was preceded in death by, brother, Scott Green.
Survivors include:
Wife - Melanie Green, Waleska,
Daughter - Kelly (Zachary) Stepp, Sugar Valley,
Daughter - Kathryn (Christopher) Webb, Cumming,
Father - Tiras (Inez) Green, Holly Springs,
Brother - Mike (Connie) Green, Canton,
Sister - Charlene, Woodstock,
Grandchildren - Jasper, Cora, Louden, Sawyer, & Maebry
Several - Nieces, nephews, cousins, & other family and friends
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Canton.
