Dorothy "Dot" Parker  Chambers
Dorothy Parker Chambers, age 87, of Canton, GA passed away Saturday, September 20, 2014 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. She was a life long resident of Cherokee County and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in the Clayton Community.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, from the Hopewell Baptist Church with Rev. Gene Childers, Rev. Eric Mayo and Rev. Johnny McPherson officiating. Interment will follow at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday, September 22, 2014, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at South Canton Funeral Home.

He was preceded in death by: Son-Terry L. Chambers, Great Grand-Daughter - Aubree Elizabeth Chambers, Parents - Rembert & Della Parker, Brother - Claude Parker, Sisters - Mary Parker and Lillie Mae Lacy

Survivors include:
