Lela Mae Calhoun, age 87, of Canton, GA passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Emeritus at Riverstone.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, on Saturday, August 02, 2014, from the Chapel of South Canton Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Mitchell, and Rev. Thomas Wheeler officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, and from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday, at South Canton Funeral Home.

She was preceded in death by, husband, Morris Calhoun.

Survivors include:
Special nieces - Jan (James) Spriggs, Ball Ground; Trisha (Randy) Mitchell, Canton, GA
Brother - Walt Heard, Canton,
Sister - Lorene Thompson, Canton,
Several great and great great nieces and nephews also survive.
